We are looking for a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team at Hotel Victoria Grindelwald for the winter season. You will be the first point of contact for our international guests, handling check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries with a smile.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in one of Switzerland's most iconic alpine villages, with the Eiger right on your doorstep.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel reception or customer service
- Confident in English (written and spoken)
- Basic German is a strong advantage
- Friendly, professional, and calm under pressure
- Valid work permit for Switzerland (EU/EFTA citizens or Swiss permit holders)
