1. About NextStop Alps
NextStop Alps is an online platform connecting employers and job seekers for seasonal and temporary jobs, primarily in alpine regions.
2. Eligibility
By using the platform, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have the legal capacity to enter agreements
3. User Accounts
- Users may create accounts to apply for jobs or post listings
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information
4. Job Listings & Applications
- Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy of job postings
- NextStop Alps does not guarantee job availability or employment outcomes
- Applicants apply at their own discretion
- Job listings must comply with applicable equal treatment laws and must not discriminate on grounds of gender, nationality, ethnicity, religion, age, disability, or sexual orientation. Job titles must use gender-neutral language where required by local law
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Post false or misleading job listings
- Upload illegal, discriminatory, or offensive content
- Use the platform for spam or fraud
6. Platform Role
NextStop Alps acts as an intermediary platform only:
- We are not a party to employment contracts
- We review listings before publishing but cannot guarantee their accuracy
7. Ranking & Listing Display
Job listings are displayed in reverse chronological order (most recently approved first) by default. All listings are treated equally regardless of plan. Paid plans (when introduced) provide extended visibility or additional features, not preferential ranking over other listings.
7. Fees
We may introduce paid services in the future. Where paid plans are introduced or existing pricing changes materially, employers will receive at least 15 calendar days’ written notice by email before changes take effect.
8. Liability Limitation
To the extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for damages resulting from use of the platform
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability
9. Data & Privacy

10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or to remove listings that breach our policies. Where possible, we will notify the account holder and provide an opportunity to remedy the issue before action is taken. Employers who believe a listing removal or account action was made in error may raise a complaint by emailing hello@nextstopalps.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland.
