Two friends of mine moved to Switzerland. They'd visited, fallen in love with the place, and decided to make it work. The problem: their visa only held up if they had a job — and finding one turned out to be its own maze.

They spent weeks piecing it together. Which resorts were hiring. Which agencies were legitimate. What documents they'd need and in what order. In the end they found something through a friend of a friend — the way most people still do.

I kept thinking: this can't be the best system. These are exactly the kind of people hotels and mountain restaurants are looking for — motivated, international, willing to work hard in exchange for a season in the Alps. But the path between them was invisible.

So I built NextStop. A direct line between seasonal employers across Switzerland, Austria, France and Italy — and the people who want to work there. Clear listings, honest information, a straightforward way to apply.

It launched in spring 2026. Just a platform that should have existed already.
