Requirements
- Relevant outdoor guide certification (hiking, kayaking, or climbing)
- First aid certification (WFA or equivalent)
- Fluent English — Italian or German a strong plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- EU/EFTA citizenship or valid Swiss work permit
